Biz Story

For industrial sites where reliability matters,
we deliver systems in the form required.

Equipment and systems in the field do not end with implementation alone.
Results must remain consistent after deployment, and operations must continue even under exception conditions.

Based on its capabilities in power conversion, control, and embedded design,
THEONE delivers test and evaluation equipment, reliability verification equipment, control boards, and remote monitoring solutions
in the form required for each customer’s process and operating environment.

The focus is not on specifications alone,
but on designing for continued use in the field and establishing systems in a verifiable way.

WHY IT MATTERS

The faster something is built,
the larger the operational issues can become.

Even if it works in a PoC, once deployed in the field,
variables such as power, noise, communication, temperature, and sensor deviation can overlap and create interruptions.
That is why THEONE approaches projects based on operational continuity, rather than development speed alone.

ISSUE 01

Variables occur at the same time

Field variables do not arrive one by one. Operations can be interrupted when multiple conditions overlap.

ISSUE 02

Insufficient validation increases operational burden

If test scenarios are weak, issue response increases after deployment and the maintenance burden grows.

ISSUE 03

Including diagnostics and maintenance

Operations continue only when logs, alarms, remote monitoring, and replaceability are all in place.

THEONE first establishes the standards that allow flow to continue after field deployment, and then carries out design, validation, and system establishment based on those standards.

OUR STANDARD

The standard THEONE follows is not simply
“fabrication,” but “operational standards.”

Rather than comparison or exaggeration, we prioritize standards that become evident naturally in the field.

STANDARD 01

Operational standards are defined first

We first define standards for the operating environment, range of motion, interruption conditions, and operator behavior.

STANDARD 02

Risk reduction from an integrated perspective

We look at boards, firmware, control logic, and monitoring together to reduce points of interruption.

STANDARD 03

Deliverables that can be verified

We leave test items, results, logs, and maintenance standards in place so that operational handover is possible.

HOW WE APPLY

Implementation standards and
the way systems are established

In the field, exception conditions matter more than normal conditions.
THEONE first organizes the standards required for continued operation and then establishes them step by step.

STEP 01

Define scope and standards

We define target performance, operating environment, interfaces, operating methods, and maintenance scope.

STEP 02

Design, fabrication, and integration

Taking field variables into account, we implement the system in a structure that reduces interruption points.

STEP 03

Testing, validation, and establishment

We validate through test scenarios and establish the system in the field through operating standards, documentation, and log structures.

WHERE IT WORKS BEST

This approach creates the most value
in the following types of projects

It is suitable for projects where the goal is not just implementation, but operation after field deployment.

Test and Evaluation Equipment

Systems that require inspection, evaluation, and reliability verification

Embedded Control

Industrial control boards and firmware including sensors, actuators, and communication

Remote Monitoring

Operating systems based on condition diagnostics, alarms, and log collection

Custom Equipment Development

Integrated design, fabrication, and validation packages tailored to process environments
