For the development of propulsion systems for small and medium-sized vessels and for the strategic advancement of related business, THEONE Co., Ltd. signed a confidentiality agreement and business partnership agreement in early August with Sidae Electric Co., Ltd., a domestic company specializing in the development and production of marine motors.
Based on this agreement, the two companies will promote technical information exchange (including personnel exchange), joint development, and collaborative business initiatives to build a foundation for entry into new markets.
In addition, a joint TFT has recently been formed between the two companies to carry out strategic tasks, and we ask for the active interest and encouragement of all employees.
